DAY HIKE ON NAGARJUN HILL

After receiving permit tickets of Nagarjun area conservation, starting with a climb into cool shade of rhododendron, pines, oaks tree forest with an uphill walk for near two hours to reach top of Nagarjun.

On this scenic spot stand an observatory view tower and a small monastery with statue of Guru Rinpoche (Padamasamava) 6^th Century tantric / saint Guru, founder of Tibetan Buddhism Nyingmapa sects popularly known as Red Hat sects.

After an enjoyable walk feeling fresh air with super views descend back to the entrance gate and drive back to your hotel.

If you are not good hiker and can not walk so much up and down  same day then there will be best choice to go by a 4 wheel jeep drive through the deep dense forest for 2 to 3 hours round trip from and to the Nagarjun gate.
