Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking, a short circuit around the southern mid hills of massive Annapurna Himalaya range of mountains, where you will encounter less trekkers in this tranquil area.

Starting and ending this amazing trekking at picturesque Pokhara valley a popular and famous touristic place in whole Himalayan region where Annapurna Mountains reflects on its pristine lakes of Phewa and Begnas.

A short drive leads away from Pokhara valley to reach the starting point of Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking through enchanting rhododendron and magnolia forested area.

Visiting Bhumdi and Panchase Bhanjyang villages on the off beaten trail and climb to the highest point of this trek at Panchase Hill top 2,509 m with 360° wide angle panorama of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna to Manaslu range of mountains with striking g sunrise views.

Walk leads back to Pokhara through lovely villages of Bhadaure and Kaski-kot and at scenic Sarankot viewpoint for panorama of mountains including views of Pokhara valley and Lake.

Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama Detail Itinerary

At Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport View Nepal Treks staff receives you for a short transfer to hotel, after rest and getting refreshed our guide / leader will brief regarding Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking, hotels - lodge on route with do’s and don’ts with evening group welcome dinner.

Morning travel by tourist coach or in private vehicle (depending upon the size of the group) towards amazing Pokhara valley, drive leads through Himalayan foothills, on arrival at Pokhara transfer to respective hotels close to beautiful Phewa Lake with afternoon free for short walks.

(For flying option a 30 minutes scenic flight to Pokhara).

Morning starting with two hour drive past Pokhara valley through interesting farm villages and then on reaching at Thadi Khola to begin the walk.

A short climb of and then on gradual trail to Bhumdi village with wonderful views of Annapurna Himalaya range, overnight in a simple country lodge with afternoon free at leisure for short walks.

Second day trek begins with a gentle climb into cool alpine forest of oaks and rhododendron tree lines with views of Annapurna peaks and
Mt. Machhapuchhre, a pleasant trek for few hours till lunch then with an uphill climb and then descend to overnight stop at Panchase Bhanjyang 2,200 m a small village at the base of Panchase hill offering views of snow-capped mountain range.

Early morning hike up to Panchase hill top located at 2,509 meters for a super wide angle panorama of Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu range of mountains, apart from super views it is a holy spot where pilgrim from around Annapurna area visits here for religious festivals once a year.

After a great time with enjoyable moment descend to Bhanjyang and continue walk to Bhadaure village through serene forest till Bhadaure village, a moderate size Gurung village with views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South.

Morning catching the views of mountains heading on the trail where few western trekkers seldom walk on this route, a gradual and pleasant walk with last uphill climb to reach at Naudanda with magnificent views of Annapurna Himalaya.

From Naudanda our route leads along the ridge line and into warmer country of Hindus with Brahmin and Chettries villages, walk winds up reaching at famous at Sarankot for last overnight stop.
Sarankot famous spot for stunning sunrise view over array of snow capped mountains, the tallest spot around Pokhara valley at 1, 460 meters, beside stunning panorama famous for paragliding which is one of the most popular adventure sports around.

Morning catch the gorgeous sunrise with range of snowcapped mountains, after breakfast walk downhill to reach at Phewa Lake to conclude this short morning walk, after a marvelous time up in the high hills Panchase Hill & Annapurna Panorama trekking.

Morning a scenic drive to Kathmandu, after a wonderful memorable trip in the mid hills of Annapurna area, then on reaching Kathmandu transfer to respective hotels with afternoon free at leisure.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is one of the short duration moderate trek, please note that Nepal is a mountainous country with ups and down hills, there are few short ascend and descend on route, walking at your own easy pace will be the best way to enjoy the views and surrounding environment.
Depending upon the season of trekking, autumn and winter months can get cold above 2,000 meters especially morning and night time but the day is pleasant with sunny days most of the season. Other season beside monsoon / wet months is pleasant with occasional thunder showers during late afternoon.
As you will be trekking on away from the mainstream trekking trails, the lodges for few days are simple with basic facilities; however all the lodge on route trekking will be clean with hygienic foods. Meals with standard menu depending upon the time of the seasons especially vegetable items, however all meals are served hygienically with proper care. Food main items are Nepal set Dal / Bhat with vegetable or meats (buff / chicken) Noodles items (fried or boiled with soups) Potatoes (fried / boiled / curry) and etc some place with fresh bakeries cakes, pies and pastries available.
